pleiaddes.com is published by IT Bell Realty, an authorised marketing partner for the RG Pleiaddes project at Sector 1, Greater Noida West. It is a marketing website, not the official website of the project promoter.

Agreement to these terms

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page always shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

What this site is — and is not

This website is published by IT Bell Realty, a marketing partner. It is not the official website of the project promoter, RG Group, or of the project-owning entity, KVIR Towers Pvt. Ltd.

Nothing on this website is an offer, an invitation to offer, or a contract of any kind. Any purchase of an apartment at RG Pleiaddes is governed solely by the Agreement for Sale executed between you and the promoter, together with the allotment letter and the documents registered with UP RERA. Where anything on this site differs from those documents, those documents prevail.

Accuracy of information

We take reasonable care to keep the project details on this site — tower count, land area, super-area ranges, amenity list, timelines and RERA particulars — accurate and consistent with the promoter's own published material. Figures are drawn from the promoter's brochure, channel-partner circulars, and the UP RERA registration.

Even so, specifications and plans can change during construction, and public listings sometimes carry different numbers for the same project. Before you commit to anything, verify every figure that matters to you against the promoter's RERA filing and your own Agreement for Sale.

Images, renders and plans

Images on this site are artistic impressions and representative visuals supplied through the promoter's marketing material. They indicate design intent, not the finished product. Furniture, fittings, landscaping, and surrounding context shown in renders are illustrative and are not part of any offering unless specifically stated in the Agreement for Sale.

Floor plans and site plans are tentative and subject to approval by the competent authorities. Carpet area, built-up area, and super area as disclosed under RERA govern; the drawings on this site are for orientation only.

Construction photographs, where published, are illustrative of the stage of work at the time they were taken and carry the date of capture.

Pricing and payment plans

This site does not publish a fixed price. Any price, offer, payment plan, discount or inventory position shared with you by phone, email, WhatsApp or in person is indicative, subject to change without prior notice, and exclusive of GST, stamp duty, registration charges and other statutory levies.

All payments toward a booking must be made only to the promoter's RERA-designated bank account, by cheque, demand draft, or bank transfer in the name specified in the promoter's official payment instructions. Never pay a booking amount in cash, and never pay into a personal account. Ask for a receipt for every payment.

RERA compliance

The project is registered with the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority as RGs Pleiaddes Phase-3 under registration number UPRERAPRJ415309/09/2025. You can and should verify this independently at up-rera.in before making any payment.

IT Bell Realty acts as a marketing partner and does not construct, own, or develop the project. Our agent registration particulars are available on request and can be verified on the same portal.

Acceptable use

When using this website, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or someone else's contact details through our forms
• Use the site or its contact channels to send unsolicited commercial messages
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system
• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract content for republication
• Introduce malware, or interfere with the site's operation for other users
• Use the site in any way that breaks applicable law

We may restrict access if we reasonably believe any of the above is happening.

Intellectual property

The RG Pleiaddes name, the RG's Pleiaddes logo, the "The 7 Star Living" tagline, the RG Group wordmark, and all project renders, plans and brochure material belong to RG Group and its associated entities, and are used here under a marketing arrangement. The layout, copy, design and code of this website belong to IT Bell Realty.

You may view and print pages for your own use while evaluating the project. You may not reproduce, republish, or use any of it commercially without written permission from the respective owner.

Third-party links and embeds

This site links to the UP RERA portal and embeds a Google Map. We don't control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Following an external link means leaving this site and accepting the terms of wherever you land.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, IT Bell Realty is not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on information published here, from any interruption or error on the site, or from any decision you take without verifying the underlying documents.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for anything arising under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. Disputes concerning the project itself fall under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and the jurisdiction of UP RERA.
