When you submit an enquiry form, request a price list, or book a site visit, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your preferred configuration, budget range and home-loan status, where you tell us
- Your preferred visit date and time
- Anything you write in the message field
- Your explicit consent to be contacted by call, SMS or WhatsApp
If you call or message us on WhatsApp, we also hold the phone number you contacted us from and the content of that conversation.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — for security and troubleshooting. If you accept optional cookies, we may also collect anonymous usage statistics about which pages are read.
We do not collect payment card details, bank details, or government ID numbers on this website.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry. Send you the current price list, floor plans, payment plan, or brochure you asked for.
- To arrange a site visit. Confirm a slot, arrange site access, and follow up afterwards.
- To assist with a booking. Coordinate paperwork, home-loan referrals, and registration if you choose to proceed.
- To keep our own records. Maintain a lead register as required for our business and any applicable RERA obligations.
- To keep the site working. Detect abuse, prevent spam submissions, and fix faults.

Who we share it with
We share your information only where it is needed to do what you asked:
- Web3Forms, the service that delivers our form submissions to our inbox.
- RG Group / KVIR Towers Pvt. Ltd., where a site visit or booking requires the developer to register your visit or process your application.
- Lending partners, only if you specifically ask us to arrange a home-loan referral.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its server logs.
- Legal or regulatory authorities, where we are required by law to disclose.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated brokers or advertisers.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies and equivalent browser storage. When you first arrive, a banner asks you to accept or reject the optional ones. Nothing optional loads until you choose.

Security
This site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into a form is encrypted in transit. Form submissions are delivered to a monitored business inbox with access limited to the people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we do not ask for financial or identity documents through this website, and you should never send them to us over email or WhatsApp.
